Mr. Wittmann has his BBA from the University of Michigan. He has worked as a homebuilder, property manager, developer, and real estate investor, but currently as a developer and investor. His company's most recent project is the Belmont Block, a 7 acre, 170,000 square foot redevelopment project in the Arena District. He holds a CPM designation (Certified Property Manager) and is licensed as a real estate broker in the State of Ohio. He is the Past President, Chapter 42, of the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a past president of the Columbus Board of Realtors. He is a member and current Chairman of the Downtown Commission which provides design review and issues zoning approval (via Certificates of Appropriateness) for downtown projects.
