Are you stressed given all that is involved with being a busy graduate business student?  Are you interested in slowing down, re-orienting each day to what is most essential in life?  Mindfulness is a self-regulatory skill that can be learned.  It teaches people how to become aware of their thoughts, feelings and body without judgment. Attending this workshop will give you the opportunity to become exposed to mindfulness, simple yoga stretches and breathing techniques that can be done in the environment in which you spend your day, helping you acheive the life and balance that you desire. Dr. Klatt will specifically focus on leading to the job that is right for you.

The Fisher 5K/10K is an annual charity road race organized by the student organization FisherServes of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. This event began in 2004 and is held on The Ohio State University campus. It is the largest service event hosted by the Fisher graduate programs. All proceeds will be donated to Girls On The Run of Franklin County, a non-profit program who’s mission is to “inspire girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrate running.
